Our experts produced 26 ton of CO2 in half a year
Thursday, March 23rd, 2006During the last half of 2005 our experts traveled 212.105 km for their missions abroad. This included traveling to the folowing countries: Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Colombia, Equador, Denmark, Georgia, Greece, India, Italy, Hungary, Latvia, Maleisia, Malta, Nepal, Peru, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Romania, UK, Venezuela.
As an unintended result their travel produced 26 ton of CO2 and if also calculated other greenhouse gasses it added up to 70 ton. This was calculated for us by GreenSeat, an organisation which is offering compensation of airtravel related emissions. For the compensation you pay to them, they pant, manage and protect forest that store CO2 as they mature, fighting global warming.
We have decided to join the
programme, paying compensation for the flights our experts make on our projects and studies, as an effort of our Corporate Social Responsability (CSR).
